With over 11 years in the company – including 7+ years leading IT and Connected Car tenders – I've developed a deep conviction: the future of purchasing is automated, intelligent, and human-centred. AI-powered automated negotiation assistant for procurement at Škoda Auto. As the author of the concept, I believe AI negotiation automation is the future of purchasing. Winner of CACIO IT Project of the Year 2023 – TOP 8 IT projects in the Czech Republic.
MySKODA App Sourcing
Led the tender and sourcing process for the MySKODA mobile application – a flagship connectivity product serving millions of Škoda owners worldwide.
iV App Procurement
Managed procurement for the iV App – Škoda's dedicated application for electric vehicle owners, covering charging management and battery monitoring.
Cybersecurity Sourcing
Oversaw sourcing of cybersecurity solutions for connected car platforms, ensuring compliance with UNECE WP.29 regulations and automotive security standards.

What I Believe
2026 will be the last year humans can reliably tell the difference between real and AI-generated photos and videos.
Real-time translation will be standard in glasses and earbuds within 3 years. Language barriers will become a choice, not a limitation.
Stop waiting for permission. We are living in the most transformative decade in human history – and most people haven't noticed yet.
